*Releasing Moon February 2008

Go outside. Now. Look at the Moon. The Lunar Eclipse has begun and is beautiful!!

This Lunar Eclipse falls in Virgo. This is the of service, healing and work. The planetary ruler of the Virgo, is Mercury, which Stationed Direct two days ago. That gives this Eclipse an extra punch. Take it easy today. People generally feel very tired and get run down on a Lunar Eclipse and this looks to be an especially strong one. It happens to be Judy's birthday today. When an Eclipse falls on your birthday, it portends an eventful and memorable year.

I call this particular Full Moon, the Releasing Moon. She sits on the South Node and is emmanating a leaving, realeasing energy. People don't like change especially when they are feeling overly emotional. This eclipse signals the end of an era.

Judy has been working for the Veterans Administration for a very long time and has been the cornerstone of the Clinical Applications Department. She's decided to retire while she can enjoy it and we are already missing her. She's done a lot for the Medical Center and as sad as we are to see her go, we are happy that she's making that next step.
Fidel Castro also retired at this Full Moon. He had been having serious health problems and his brother looks to be taking over for him. He's probably feeling nostalgic. Over at the Yelp Talk boards, old threads were being resurrected, people tapping into past emotions to relive them, before letting go again.

The energy is foggy and fraught with emotion right now. Not a good time to make any serious decisons on the large scale until everything settles down and clears up. Things should firm up and take form when we get to Saturn Stationing Direct. You will notice how things make more sense as we get closer to that time in May. There is also the shadow of Mercury and of Mars to think about. As we get to them and past them, as well as Saturn's SD, the energy will crystalize. Saturn will hit the point of this FM lunation mid April and mid May. At that point, we should have enough information to make a decisive action.
