Transits: Saturn

Standing on the threshold of the possible, of potential in all of its pregnant glory, of the dream of what could be done, what wanted to be done, what was in my mind the perfect action or outcome. In the end the choice is the limiting device, for it cannot bring forth the numinous conception of the idea before the action. The key is recognizing that perfect moment in time when a terminus has been reached and a chang in direction must be taken or Death will claim its due. In that instant of recognition that the end has come, change in born, where that be the end of an idea, a perception, a relationship, a lifestyle or an era. Think of Saturn as a planet of change, the harbinger of what eventually become status quo.

Thus a Saturn transit marks a time for change, demarcating our natural cycles of biological and psychological progress in the personal Heroic Journey in which Saturn cycles define inevitable periods of endings and beginning. These two points are simultaneously arrival and departure, a continuum of development. Arriving at the end means letting go and in that moment, discovery is present. You cannot fill an already full vessel and though things may not be perfect, they are complete in themselves. The realization that one must embody one's beliefs and live according to the inner dictates of the soul takes heroic courage.

I must incorporate the Sun square Saturn, Saturn conjoin Midheaven and understand his particular incarnate function for me at this given moment in time. Now I must strive with determination and perseverance to overcome any setbacks and become a master of self discipline, achievement and responsibility.
